3 - 1in - 1 cocktail

Carrot - Big 1
Beetroot - medium size 1
Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
Honey - As per taste

Clean the vegetables, make into pieces and blend to get thick juice by adding little water to it. Then add lemon juice,honey and sugar, ice cubes and serve chilled.

Note:- This juice contains more amount of kerotene and vitamin C .

Guava Juice


Medium sized Riped Guava fruit - 4
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - as per sweetness
Elachi - 1 or 2 cloves (powdered or crushed)

Add all contents with milk and blend in mixie.Then filter the seeds and serve chilled.

Note:- Guava is really good for diabetic patients.

Tender Coconut with Butter Milk

Butter milk - 2 cups
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
sugar - 1/2 or 1 teaspoon
tender coconut - 1/2 cup
salt - few as per taste

Add pepper powder, sugar, salt with butter milk and blend in mixie.Then add tender coconut and serve chilled.

Note:-
This juice makes our body cool and have lots of minerals needed for our body.

Ginger & Lemon juice

Lemon juice - 1 cup
Ginger Juice - 1 cup
Sugar - as per needed

Mix all in blender till it froth and serve chilled with ice.

This juice is very good for our health.

Tender Lime Juice

Tender Coconut - 3 cups
Lime Juice - 1/2 cup
Coriander Juice - 1 or 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Mix all ingredients with little sugar or salt as per taste.Add ice cubes before serving.

This juice is a refreshing juice during hot summer.

3 - in - 1 Juice

Tender Coconut - 2 cups
Orange juice - 2 cups
Mausambi juice - 1 cup
Honey - 1 or 2 spoons
Ice cubes

Blend all the juices with honey together and drink.The taste will make all the people like it.
No need to add sugar also.

Pappaya Juice


Pappaya fruit - 2 cups cut into pieces
Filtered ginger juice - 1 spoon
Lemon juice - 2 table spoon
Ice cubes - few
Sugar - As per needed

Add all ingredients with pappaya and blend in mixie well and serve chilled.

Note:- Since pappaya is very good for heart patients the fruit or juice can be given to them enormously.

Water Melon Juice


Water Melon pieces - 4 cups
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Pepper powder - 1 spoon
Ginger juice - 1 table spoon
Sugar - if needed (some around 2 spoons)
Ice cubes - for chilling

Add all ingredients together in mixie and serve it with ice cubes.

Easy - Bread Halwa

Bread - 10 slices (cut into square pieces)
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1 or 1 1/2 cup (according to sweet u like)
Ghee - 2 table spoon
Kesari powder - 1 or 2 pinch
Cashew nuts, Dry grapes - For decoration

Preparation:-
Take Kadai and pour some ghee.Put the bread pieces and fry till golden brown colour.Then pour 1 cup of milk and stir well.If the bread seems to be very solid, add some more milk to make it soak and mix well with milk.Shimmer to low flame,add some more ghee.Keep on stirring till the lumps become smooth into paste form.Then add sugar according to your likeness of sweet.Along with it kesari powder,stir frequently in the middle on flame.When the ghee separates , Keep the halwa for 2 more minutes on flame and remove.Garnish with fried cashesnuts and dry grapes.

It willbe really tasty to have as a dessert.

Malai Bread Toast

Bread slices - 8
Milk - 3 cups (boil it till it becomes to 1 cup or thickens well)
Khoa - 3/4th Cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom - 1/2 spoon
Cashew nut - 1 table spoon
Ghee - 1 1/2 Table spoon

Preparation
Cut the bread slices into triangle shape.
Spread both sides with ghee and toast well
Take a vessel and add knoa and sugar and stirr well till it becomes thick.Then add the toasted bread into it and boil for 5 minutes in low flame.
Then add cardamom powder .
Then Place plain bread on a plate and add the thickened milk with khoa , on the bread and serve decorated with nuts on it.

For more taste, u can add grinded badam nuts (soaked and skin peeled before grinding) to the khoa .

Pasta Salad

Pasta - 1 cup
Spring Onion - 3 ( cut into nice pieces)
Oil - 2 Tea spoon
Garlic - 3 Cloves (Crush it a little)
Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder, Salt - As per needed
Lemon Juice - 2 Table spoon
Tomato, Cucumber - Few pieces

Preparation :-
Take a microbowl and place pasta, fill with water till the pasta is completely immersed in water.Then keep it in microhigh for 10 minutes.
Then stain the water, wash the pasta with cold water and add other ingredients, keep again in microhigh for 5 minutes.Then garnish with cucumber and tomato and serve hot.
Tasty pasta salad ready.
