
Medium sized Riped Guava fruit - 4
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - as per sweetness
Elachi - 1 or 2 cloves (powdered or crushed)
Add all contents with milk and blend in mixie.Then filter the seeds and serve chilled.
Note:- Guava is really good for diabetic patients.

Looks yummy and refreshing. Thanks for sharing it. I find guava very tasty. It is good for health. It is rich in vitamin C. It is great for eyes and heart, skin, hair.
